MONAD MAHJONG - TERMS OF USE

By using Monad Mahjong ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. ACCOUNT & IDENTITY

You may play anonymously or create a display name. Display names must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to reset display names that violate this policy. You may optionally link your account using Sign in with Apple or Google Play Games. This enables account recovery across devices. Your email is used solely for account identification and is never displayed publicly.

 

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following data to provide game features:

  • Game progress including levels completed, stars earned, and scores.

  • PVP statistics including MMR rating, win/loss record, and race scores.

  • Leaderboard scores and rankings.

  • Display name if provided.

  • Device region/country for regional leaderboards.

  • Session timestamps and play frequency.

  • Anonymous player ID assigned by Unity Gaming Services.

     

We do NOT collect personal contact information unless shared via social sign-in, location data beyond country/region, photos, or financial information. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used to save and restore your game progress. It is used to display your scores on leaderboards. We use data to match you with opponents of similar skill through MMR matchmaking. Data also provides regional competition features and helps improve the game through aggregate analytics.

 

4. DATA STORAGE, SECURITY & DELETION

Game data is stored locally on your device and backed up to Unity Gaming Services (UGS) cloud infrastructure. UGS is operated by Unity Technologies and is subject to their privacy and security policies. Cloud-stored data includes your game progress, scores, and PVP statistics. This data is linked to your anonymous player ID and your Apple ID or Google account if linked. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@haymaytech.com.

 

5. LEADERBOARDS & PUBLIC DISPLAY

If you participate in leaderboards, your display name and scores are visible to other players. If you choose to remain anonymous, a system-generated name will be displayed. Your country/region may be displayed on regional leaderboards if you opt into regional competition.

 

6. IN-APP PURCHASES & SERVICE CHANGES

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game or any specific features at any time without notice.

 

7. FAIR PLAY

You agree not to manipulate scores, rankings, or game data. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or exploits. You agree not to impersonate other players or engage in any activity that disrupts the experience for others. Violations may result in score removal, leaderboard bans, or account suspension.

 

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS-IS")

The Game is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HayMay Tech makes no warranties regarding the Game’s reliability or the security of stored data.

9. AGE REQUIREMENTS

The Game is intended for players of all ages. Players under 13 should have parental consent before creating a display name or linking a social account.

 

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
